One of our outstanding success stories is Beth, an apprentice at Now Lets Travel, Wallsend, who has recently achieved a distinction in her Level 3 Travel Consultant apprenticeship.
My travel and tourism apprenticeship has been a very rewarding experience. The variety of work has kept every day interesting, and learning on the job has allowed me to apply my knowledge straight away. I am especially grateful to my assessor, Annie, for her constant support and guidance – her encouragement has made a real difference to my progress and confidence.
Through her apprenticeship, Beth has gained a deep understanding of the travel industry, including popular destinations, time zones, cancellation policies, tour terms and conditions, and the behind-the-scenes administration of holiday bookings. She has also developed essential customer service skills, time management, and the ability to handle any scenario with confidence.
