Apprenticeship Overview

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. Your apprenticeship training will be a fully work-based learning programme across 12 months. Upon completion of your apprenticeship, you will achieve a Level 3 qualification as a Business Administrator.

  • Reconciling supplier invoices (accounts payable) to purchase orders on the ERP system
  • Investigating discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders
  • Raising purchase orders for stock, as well as project-specific requirements
  • Keeping records up-to-date
  • Assisting with IT tasks for network users
  • Attending internal meetings
