GKC is family based company, which has been going since 2006 to the present date manufacturing of all kitchen & bedroom units to trade customers in all areas of the country.

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. Your apprenticeship training will be a fully work-based learning programme across 12 months. Upon completion of your apprenticeship, you will achieve a Level 2 qualification as a Supply Chain Warehouse Operative.

Quality checking of manufactured goods prior to dispatch
Clean and wrap of all manufactured goods
Ensure there is a sufficient stock of products required to do your job role within the warehouse
Ensuring your own workspace and surrounding areas are kept tidy
Ensure goods don’t get damaged
Working towards a schedule of goods to be delivered each day
Load/unload goods from the truck
Check all delivered goods are accounted for and no missing items from order placed
Adhere to all health & safety procedures at all times
Identify and report all unsafe operations to supervisor
