I’m Owen, and I’ve been with Zenith since late 2022. My focus over the past year has been on delivering the STAR Programme to eligible residents of South Tyneside, as well as recruiting individuals into our pre-employment training pathways. It’s all about connecting people with the right opportunities and providing guidance throughout the process, from pre-screening and registration to interviews and onboarding.

I make sure the process is seamless and transparent for both the candidates and the employers, ensuring a good fit for all parties involved. My goal is to offer impartial, valuable support, helping candidates move confidently into their next role.
