I’m Cath, and I’ve been involved in training for over twenty years, primarily in the hospitality industry. My journey began as an NVQ Assessor, which then led me into apprenticeship assessments. For nearly five years, I’ve been proud to be part of the Zenith team. Currently, I deliver pre-employment training that covers a wide range of essential topics, including food safety, customer service, and lean manufacturing. In the near future, I’ll also be expanding my expertise to include people management training.
