I’m Duncan, an Apprentice Trainer In my role, I focus on supporting apprentices in reaching their full potential and achieving success in their apprenticeships. I provide guidance through teaching, coaching, and ongoing support. Specialising in leadership and marketing skills, I work to empower apprentices with the knowledge and confidence they need to thrive in their careers.

One of the aspects I genuinely enjoy is understanding behaviour and the impact emotional intelligence and self-awareness can have on personal and professional growth. I’m passionate about developing my skills while creating content that is tailored to the specific needs of each apprentice, ensuring it’s relevant to their workplace and individual learning journey.

Helping others succeed is incredibly rewarding, and I’m excited to continue growing in this field while supporting apprentices as they embark on their career paths.
