We helped them recruit two apprentices, Joe, their second apprentice, and Ana, their third, who would both work towards a Level 3 Business Administrator qualification. Joe joined The Health Insurance Group six months ago and quickly integrated into the team, gaining hands-on experience and developing skills that directly supported the business’s operations. His training included working with insurer platforms and creating complex client review documents, both of which were essential to the Health Insurance group’s day-to-day work.
The success of Joe’s apprenticeship led The Health Insurance Group to expand the programme, bringing in Ana to follow in Joe’s footsteps. Ana is now working alongside Joe, building her skill set and contributing to the business’s continued growth.
