I am Annie Finlow, a trainer for Zenith Training. My main role is working with Apprentices and playing a part in shaping their future.

One of my main responsibilities focuses on fostering the development and delivery of vocational training programmes and workshops. Other responsibilities are to teach and guide apprentices through their chosen programme by installing an understanding of professional standards and work ethics, and to adapt to individual learning styles to meet their needs and to provide feedback.  

A key part of my role is to identify and address any challenging situations which may arise along the apprenticeship journey and to support learners to overcome barriers by providing the necessary support. It is also my responsibility to provide relevant and up-to-date information and to share best practices to ensure they remain in line with their chosen industry apprenticeship.
