I’m Justine, the Operations Director at Zenith Training. I focus on overseeing the Operational Management of Zenith Training while contributing to the strategic direction, development, and growth. 

A key part of my role is ensuring the effective management of the operational team and driving the achievement of organisational objectives and KPIs. This includes overseeing contract delivery, educational provision, quality, compliance, and engagement. 

For me, maintaining high standards and ensuring seamless operations are essential in delivering impactful training solutions that support both individuals and businesses in their growth.
