As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. Your apprenticeship training will be a fully work-based learning programme across 12 months. Upon completion of your apprenticeship, you will achieve a Level 3 qualification as a Content Creator.
Supporting creation and upkeep of website content (guides, FAQs, landing pages)
Formatting and structuring content clearly (headers, bullets, tables)
Helping turn common customer questions into high-quality “answer-first” pages
On-page SEO hygiene and content refreshes
Supporting distribution and basic performance reporting
Assisting with social proof and brand mention activity where appropriate
