Apprentice Parts Service Advisor

An exciting and new opportunity to join the administration team at Ramage Transport. You will complete the Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard. You will be organising and managing system data, as well as handling and responding to all correspondence including phone calls, emails, letters.

Apprenticeship Overview

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

  • Assist Parts Service Advisor in maintaining accurate records for vehicle servicing/mots/repairs.
  • Assist in the operation of Freeway system ensuring all data inputted into the system is entered correctly.
  • Print off freeway job cards for repairs/servicing/mots/brake tests/retorques.
  • Dealing with queries over the telephone.
  • Dealing with suppliers over the telephone.
  • Carry out any reasonable request as made by Company Management.
  • Adhere to the Company Terms and Conditions of Employment.
