They provide outstanding customer service, delivering a range of often complex travel arrangements, accommodation bookings and ancillary services to ensure travellers can enjoy their journey from start to finish.

This apprenticeship is delivered through blended learning, ensuring learners get both convenience and ongoing support throughout their journey. Over 12-24 months, learners will gain the necessary knowledge of Geography, Travel Information, Industry Practice, Travel Options, Business, Sales, Legislation and much more.

As learners progress, they build a portfolio of knowledge to apply to their future career.
