Jellyfish Energy are looking for a highly organised and proactive Apprentice Administrator to support the day-to-day office functions, ensuring efficient communication, a smooth-running workspace, and a positive experience for office visitors. This role is key to supporting our internal teams and ensuring the office is well-maintained and fully operational.

Apprenticeship Overview

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

  • Support daily office operations, including ensuring effective internal and external communication.
  • Provide a warm and professional experience for office visitors and guests.
  • Assist with office maintenance, including facilities, equipment, and supplies, ensuring everything is in good working order.
  • Liaise with customers and colleagues via email and telephone.
  • Organise and manage office schedules, meetings, and events.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of office procedures and office policy compliance.
