An exciting new opportunity to join the administration team at Ramage Transport. You will complete the Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard. This is an excellent opportunity for a smart, ambitious and self-motivated individual to join a friendly environment.

Apprenticeship Overview

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. What you’ll do at work:

  • Handling and responding to all correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters Setting reminders for meetings, appointments and other important tasks
  • Liaising daily with the Company Secretary to go through the agenda/ meetings/appointments arranged for the following day
  • Collating information required for meetings/appointments Carry out general office duties, dealing with correspondence both internal & external
  • Responsible for entering data onto spreadsheets General housekeeping tasks
  • Prioritising tasks in order of importance for the Company Secretary
  • Any other tasks as required by the Company Secretary
