What will the apprentice be doing?

Working in our Finance & Facilities team, you will get involved with financial administration such

  • Raising POs, bank feed posting and invoicing.
  • Meeting and greeting our visitors.
  • Book meeting rooms, travel, accommodation, and room hire.
  • Supporting the Chief Financial Officer, Head of Central Services, and Office Manager.
  • Perform data entry tasks, including inputting financial information into QuickBooks
  • Assist with clerical duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies
  • Support the administration team with various administrative tasks
  • Utilize Google Suite to create and update spreadsheets, documents, and presentations.
  • Assist in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Your apprenticeship training will be a fully work based learning programme across 18 months. Upon completion of your apprenticeship, you will achieve a level 3 qualification in business administration.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
• Full time role potentially available upon completion of apprenticeship as well as the opportunity to progress in various departments where the individual see’s themselves fit and enjoy working
