What will the apprentice be doing?
  • Undertake training on the rates portal and business process.
  • Provide support for the rates administration function.
  • Be competent with Microsoft Office and have good attention to detail.
  • Have a can do, resilient attitude.
  • Prepare quotations.
  • Liaise with the accounts department at Fuse.
  • Work with multiple portals.
  • Email and telephone communication with clients and the council.
  • Account management administration support.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Full time role potentially available upon completion of apprenticeship as well as the opportunity to progress in various departments where the individual see’s themselves fit and enjoy working.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
• Full time role available for the right candidate upon completion of apprenticeship.
