A New Business Executive will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers and representing the company. You will be building relationships with prospective clients within the various business sectors through outbound calling and lead generation.

What will the apprentice be doing?
  • Outbound calling daily using data provided and converting the calls to new business leads. Achieving realistic daily/weekly/monthly sales, revenue targets and KPIs
  • Working closely with the Senior Account Managers and Team Leaders to ensure leads are generated within various business sectors
  • Adhering to sales compliance rules – all sales are generated in line with our quality standards. Proactivity in identifying opportunities for new business
  • Inputting and maintaining prospective client information onto the company’s unique Customer Relationship Manager
  • Dealing with client queries
  • Building relationships with colleagues and clients, referring to Team Leaders for advice and support
  • Communicating with clients in a professional manner at all times, aligned with our company values
  • Exploring all-around sales skills, including nurturing and closing
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

A fully work based programme undertaking Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship Standard over 18 months. You will receive support from your employer mentor throughout as well as your training provider who will come out on site to deliver your apprenticeship qualification.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
• Full time role potentially available upon completion of the apprenticeship for the right candidate. Internal progression in various departments depending on the interests and skill sets of the individual.
