Successful applicants will undertake a Level 2 Apprenticeship programme in Lean Manufacturing. This includes on the job learning with industry experts, but we will also invest in you where you will learn all the skills it takes to succeed in the booming automotive industry.

You will initially be responsible for account management by nurturing existing relationships and discussing new opportunities and technologies that they may wish to consider. Once trained, the role will then progress to include both account management and new business development.

The main purpose of this role is to assist the administrative team with new business or current mortgage applications.

The successful candidate will work towards a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship.

As our Apprentice Customer Service administrator, you will provide an excellent support function to internal colleagues. You will be responsible for a range of general customer support and administrative tasks, including but not limited to maintaining records, issuing documentation and maintaining a high standard of customer service.
