As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales and Operations teams with general administrative tasks, such as preparing and sending customer quotations, processing and managing customer sales orders, plus more

The Business Admin Apprentice provides support for all the office departments. They report through to the Practice Manager, and the Managing Partner.

The Business Administrator will provide exceptional support to operations and customers by prompt resolution of enquiries and helping to direct queries to the relevant teams. You will provide the Compliance Manager with support to ensure business standards are upheld.

We are looking for an apprentice who is vibrant, enthusiastic and talented to fill a Marketing role. If you have at least some experience in using video editing software (e.g. Premier Pro), along with Photoshop, then you could be the perfect candidate for this job. However, experience is not required.

Successful applicants will undertake a Level 2 Apprenticeship programme in Lean Manufacturing. This includes on the job learning with industry experts, but we will also invest in you where you will learn all the skills it takes to succeed in the booming automotive industry.

You will initially be responsible for account management by nurturing existing relationships and discussing new opportunities and technologies that they may wish to consider. Once trained, the role will then progress to include both account management and new business development.

As our Apprentice Customer Service administrator, you will provide an excellent support function to internal colleagues. You will be responsible for a range of general customer support and administrative tasks, including but not limited to maintaining records, issuing documentation and maintaining a high standard of customer service.
