We began by delivering Leadership and Management training through the UK Skills Bootcamps initiative. Working closely with Daikin’s leadership team, we tailored each session to their structure, culture, and day-to-day operational challenges.

Following the success of the Skills Bootcamps, Daikin invited Zenith to deliver funded Apprenticeship programmes across Warehousing, Customer Service, and Business Administration.
