Building Tomorrow's Leaders: Zenith Training and Preferred Management's Leadership Development Programme

Challenge

Preferred Management faced two key workforce challenges:

  • Meeting high-volume recruitment targets in a competitive market.
  • Strengthening their internal leadership capability to support long-term growth.

To address these needs, Preferred Management partnered with Zenith Training to implement targeted training and leadership development solutions.

Our Approach

Zenith introduced a two-fold solution: 

Recruitment Readiness Through Customer Service Training 

Zenith delivered a structured two-week Customer Service Training Programme to prepare potential candidates for guaranteed interviews. This programme included:

  • Customer Service Fundamentals – building confidence in managing client needs.
  • Interview Preparation – mock interviews and competency-based questioning techniques.
  • Workplace Readiness – covering professional behaviours and job expectations.

This approach ensured candidates were well-prepared, confident, and job-ready, significantly improving recruitment outcomes.

Leadership Development for Existing Team Members 

To support internal growth, Zenith facilitated a Leadership Training Programme tailored to Preferred Management’s emerging leaders. This programme enhanced core leadership skills such as:

  • Decision-making and strategic thinking
  • Team management and conflict resolution
  • Communication and emotional intelligence

As a result, existing leaders developed stronger capabilities, and a culture of internal progression was fostered.

Additionally, Zenith will soon launch a new “Rising Stars” cohort, focused on identifying and nurturing the next generation of leaders within the organisation.
