Clearly Drinks, a leading soft drinks manufacturer based in the UK, has long recognised that strong leadership is fundamental to business growth and long-term success. Zenith Training delivered two cohorts of its Leadership and People Management Bootcamp, equipping 12 managers from departments spanning HR, Production, Supply Chain, Operational Control, and Finance with the skills, confidence, and mindset to lead more effectively.

Clearly Drinks, a leading soft drinks manufacturer based in the UK, has long recognised that strong leadership is fundamental to business growth and long-term success. Zenith Training delivered two cohorts of its Leadership and People Management Bootcamp, equipping 12 managers from departments spanning HR, Production, Supply Chain, Operational Control, and Finance with the skills, confidence, and mindset to lead more effectively.

With both bootcamps now completed, one in February 2025 and the second in May 2025, the results are clear: personal transformation, stronger collaboration, and a lasting impact on team engagement and leadership performance.

Challenge and Objectives

Clearly Drinks was looking to strengthen leadership capability across key business functions by developing confident, reflective, and people-focused managers. The training aimed to:

  • Provide practical tools to tackle everyday leadership challenges
  • Enable self-reflection and encourage personal development
  • Support greater communication, delegation, and time management
  • Align leadership behaviours with the company’s values and vision

Zenith’s Leadership & People Management Bootcamp was chosen for its real-world relevance and hands-on, discussion-driven learning approach.

Training Approach and Content

Delivered by an experienced leadership trainer, the programme combined theory with high levels of interactivity and peer learning. Key topics included:

  • Coaching and Delegation Techniques
  • Emotional Intelligence and Self-Awareness
  • Time Management and Prioritisation
  • Understanding Leadership Styles and Team Dynamics
