As the Head of People for Preferred Management, I am thrilled to share my experience working with Zenith Training this year. The support we have received from Zenith has been instrumental in helping us meet our recruitment goals, and their dedication to fostering talent has been exceptional.

Zenith’s innovative approach to candidate preparation has allowed us to successfully train potential recruits through their comprehensive two-week Customer Service program. This thorough training ensures candidates are well-prepared and confident and has enabled us to conduct guaranteed interviews with qualified, capable individuals.

Beyond this, Zenith has also been a valuable partner in developing our internal leadership. The Leadership Training program they provided for our current leaders has been impactful, enhancing key skills and fostering growth within our team. We are excited to announce that Zenith will soon be launching a dedicated cohort for our “Rising Stars” — a new initiative aimed at developing the next generation of leaders within Preferred Management.

A special thanks to Paul Smissen, Director of Zenith Training, and Von Clarke, our dedicated Relationship Consultant. Their unwavering support and personalised approach have made a significant difference to our recruitment and development efforts this year, and we look forward to continuing this strong and successful partnership into the next year.

-Karen Diamond, Head of People, Preferred Management.
