Monday – Friday, 9am -5pm Total hours per week: 37.5 hours a week

What will the apprentice be doing?
  • Assisting with travel and accommodation arrangements for team members across the business
  • Internal and external event management, including venue hire and booking vendors.
  • Facilities management including office and kitchen supplies and ordering as required
  • Assisting with workforce planning for Production department.
  • Managing key stakeholder relationships
  • Assisting with Fire Safety and Health and Safety where required
  • Managing internal communications through employee portals
  • Supporting the HR team with a variety of recruitment tasks including setting up interviews, note taking and shortlisting.
  • Assisting with HR administration tasks where required
  • Scheduling meetings and note taking
  • Occasional reception and front of house duties
  • Ad-hoc Admin duties as required across all business areas.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Your apprenticeship training will be a fully work based learning programme across 18 months. Upon completion of your apprenticeship, you will achieve a level 3 qualification as a Business Administrator.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
• Progression from the role can lead to various pathways within the business including furthering their learning within HR.
