  • Using excellent customer service skills to take orders and serve customers their food and drinks
  • Manage guest queries

  • Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard
  • Functional skills in maths and English if required
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
• Upon completion of apprenticeship there is a potential of a full time role available for the candidate
