What will the apprentice be doing?
  • Making and receiving telephone calls
  • Raising jobs in line with requirements set out per client following training briefs rules and processes
  • Arranging appointments for engineers
  • Email correspondence
  • Basic health and safety
  • Carry out any administrative duties assigned by management in day
  • You will work closely with others in the department and will meet a variety of people so excellent interpersonal skills are a must.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Your apprenticeship training will be a fully work based learning programme across 12 months. Upon completion of your apprenticeship, you will achieve a level 2 qualification as a Customer Service Practitioner.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
apprenticeship? Upon successful completion of the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship, the Apprentice will progress to the role of Service Desk Technician. From this role, there could be opportunities for the right person to progress to Service Desk Team Manager then on to Account Manager (Service Centre).
