Study and improve communication flow through the Engineering department and the rest of the business.
Study and improve working practices utilised to reduce waste and reworks.
Facilitate the further use of current software programs to assist with improved Project and Resource management.
Assist with further development of the use of the current ERP system.
Develop improved quality control measures in line with the Managing director’s expectations.
Carry out quality checks on Designs and final products and deal with quality concerns and defects in accordance with their responsibilities.
Responsible for carrying out quality checks throughout the engineering process
Prepare, control, contribute to and complete engineering operations.
Development of Standard operating procedures and an Engineering Playbook for the department
