What will the apprentice be doing?

In your day to day role you will:

  • Receiving calls from/calling Customers
  • Establishing Relationships with Customers
  • Taking orders via telephone, Whatsapp, email, face to face, answering machine.
  • Processing orders
  • Progressing paperwork and orders through online system
  • Liasing with office manager
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

For the right candidate, there is opportuinty to progress within the company.

Upon completion of your apprenticeship, you will achieve a level 3 qualification as a Business Administrator.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
• Your apprenticeship training will be a fully work-based learning programme across 18 months, method to be confirmed. • Upon completion of your apprenticeship, you will achieve a level 3 qualification as a Business Administrator.

Proactive (Preventative Vs Reactive) support of Team Valley dedicated product Value Streams (Adsorption, Gas Gen, Filtration and Aftermarket). Work in a team environment to develop and implement best practice that emphasise defect prevention, reduction in variation and waste and provide continuous improvements in meeting all customer requirements.

Mechanical Engineering Apprentice

Annual Wage: £16,000
A new and exciting opportunity to work within Parker Hannifin, Team Valley. During the course of the apprenticeship, students will work towards achieving their qualification supported by their line manager in addition to their academic learning through their college or training provider and work-based assessor.
